❓ I Can’t See My Data in QuickBooks Online — What’s Happening?
If you've just connected Stripe to Sush.io and don't see any data yet in QuickBooks Online, don’t worry — this is normal during the initial sync process. Here’s what’s going on and how to check the progress.
⏱ Step 1: Check the Sync Status
After you connect your Stripe account and complete the setup, Sush.io begins syncing your data in the background.
- You’ll see a “Working” status under the Stripe connection.
- A few minutes later, the transactions counter will start increasing as data is synced.
⏳ Depending on the volume of data, the initial sync can take anywhere from 5 minutes to several hours. Large Stripe histories with thousands of transactions will naturally take more time.
👀 Step 2: View Synced Transactions
As transactions are synced, you’ll see them listed in the Sush.io dashboard.
Each synced transaction includes a direct link to open it in QuickBooks Online, so you can verify it immediately — no need to dig through your QBO account manually.

🔁 Still Not Seeing Data?
If the sync has been running for a while and nothing is appearing:
- Check your sync start date in Sush.io settings
- Make sure there are Stripe transactions after that date
- Refresh the page — sometimes there’s a slight delay before it shows up
