⏱ How Long Does It Take to See My Data in QuickBooks Online?

Once you connect Stripe to Sush.io and complete the setup, the synchronization starts automatically. But depending on your data volume, it might take a bit of time before everything shows up in QuickBooks.

Here’s what to expect 👇


🚦 Sync Status: What You’ll See

After setup, the Stripe connection in your Sush.io dashboard will show a “Working” status — this means the sync is running.

Shortly after:

  • The number of synced transactions will start increasing.
  • You can view these transactions under the “Transactions” tab in the Sush.io interface.
  • Each entry includes a direct link to view it in QuickBooks Online.

⏳ How Long It Takes

The time needed depends mostly on how much data you have:

  • Small accounts (a few hundred transactions): ⚡️ sync completes in 5–15 minutes
  • Medium/large accounts (thousands of transactions): ⏳ expect a few hours
  • Very large Stripe histories: could take several hours for the full sync

The sync runs in the background, so you don’t need to stay logged in.

  • You can track progress anytime from your dashboard.
  • All synced items appear under the “Transactions” tab.
  • Every synced transaction includes a link to open it directly in QuickBooks — no need to search manually.

❓ Still Not Seeing Anything?

If it’s been a while and you’re not seeing data:

  • Check the sync start date in your settings
  • Make sure Stripe has transactions after that date
  • Try refreshing the dashboard
